Domestic Shipping Only Policy

Shipment Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option chosen:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Shipping Carrier:

  • We use USPO, UPS for all domestic shipments, we DO NOT offer international shipping at this time 

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes within the United States.

Damages

  • Nayvicol Intl Inc, is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
