Domestic Shipping Only Policy
Shipment Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option chosen:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Shipping Carrier:
- We use USPO, UPS for all domestic shipments, we DO NOT offer international shipping at this time
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.
- The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes within the United States.
Damages
- Nayvicol Intl Inc, is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
