Usage Tips:

• Internally:  Put 2 drops in a enteric coated capsule and fill the rest with a vegetable oil. Take one capsule a day
• Aromatherapy: Add 4-5 drops to a diffuser or inhaler to create a calming and uplifting atmosphere.
