Usage Tips:

• Internally:  Put 2 drops in a enteric coated capsule and fill the rest with a vegetable oil. Take one capsule a day
• Diffusion: Add 3-5 drops to your essential oil diffuser and enjoy the uplifting aroma that helps enhance mood and energy levels.
